Arizona Territory

February 17, 2016

The play, Arizona, was written by Augustus Thomas in 1899 and played on Broadway in 1913. Our version, Arizona Territory was adapted by Arizona playwright, Richard Warren. This was performed on February 14th, 2016 at Tempe Center for the Arts on Arizona's 104th Statehood Day.

The play amounts to an Arizona version of Downton Abbey. A wealthy cattle rancher has two daughters, one married and one looking for Mr. Right. All the elements are here.
